Macrou la gratar/ Grilled mackerel

Ingrediente: Ingredients:-4 Pieces mackerel-salt-pepper-thyme
-4 bucati macrou
-sare
-piper
-cimbru

Se taie pestele si se inlatura capul , se curata si se taie in jumate/Cut the fish and remove the head, peel and cut in half:

Se asezoneaza apoi cu sare, piper si cimbru/ Then season with salt, pepper and thyme:

Se pun pe grill-ul de la cuptor si se da la 190 grade.
Sub grill eu pun o tava cu apa, si aburii ajuta foarte bine la patrunderea pestelui.
Dureaza cam 30-1 ora sa se prajeasca pe grill.
Este un mod sanatos de a gati macroul.

Place the grill in the oven and bring to 190 degrees. I put a pan under the grill with water, for steam to help the fish cook better. It takes about 30minutes for the fish to fry on the grill. It is a healthy way to cook mackerel. Good appetite!
