Paste tricolore/Tricolore pasta

Ingrediente/Ingredients :

250 gr penne multicolore/ 250g penne multicolored

1 lg unt/ 1 tbs butter

1 lg faina/ 1 tbs flour

250 ml lapte/ 250 ml milk

100 gr branza de vaci/ 100 gr cow cheese

100 gr cascaval/ 100 gr cream cheese

2 lg smantana/2 tbs Sour cream

3 felii de muschi file/ 3 slice of smoked fillet

Ptr gratinat inca 100 gr cascaval/ To gratin another 100 cream cheese

  1. Punem apa cu sare la fiert intr-o cratita/We put salt water to boill in a saucepan.

  2. Cand incepe sa fiarba apa punem pastle si le lasam vreo 11 minute, dupa care le racorim cu apa race si la lasam la scurs/ When the water starts to boill we putt the pasta and let them boill for 11 minutes, after that we coll them with cold water.

  3. Intr-o tigaie punem 1 lg unt si il lasam la foc mic sa se topeasca/ In a pan we put 1 tb spoon butter to melt slowly

  4. Adaugam apoi 1 lg de faina si incorporam/ Then we add 1 tbs of flour and mix together

  5. Dupa care incorporam cei 250 ml lapte si amestecam continuu. Cand amestecul s-a legat adaugam branza si cascavalul ras./ After that we mix with 250 ml of milk and keep mixing and then we put the cow cheese and the cream cheese.

  6. Dupa ce si branza si cascavalul s-au topit dam deoparte si adaugam smantana/ After the cream cheese and the cow cheese have melted we also put the sour cream.

  7. Toata compozitia o turnam peste pastele care deja le-am aranjat intr-un vas de yenna. Le amestecam si deasupra presaram cascaval si dam la cuptor la 180 grade pentru aproximativ 30 minute./ We pour all the composition on the pasta that we have already putted in a pot and we put it in the oven for 30 minutes.
